The Branding Process

Building a distinctive brand identity is key to standing out, creating recognition, and forming a genuine connection with your audience. Below are the stages we guide you through to bring your brand to life.

  • You’ll start by filling out our enquiry form so we can get a feel for your business and determine if we’re the right fit for each other.

  • After you fill out the enquiry form, we’ll have a discovery chat to dive deeper into your vision, clarify expectations, and ensure we’re aligned creatively and strategically. Once everything feels right, you’ll receive the project proposal, contract outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables along with an invoice. After signing and making the 50% deposit payment, your project is officially booked into our design calendar and ready to move forward. We will then go ahead and get you set up on our portal and send you the branding questionnaire to fill out. This questionnaire must be filled out before your official start date. The remainder 50% payment will be required 24 hours before file delivery unless payment was made in full in the beginning.

  • Once the branding questionnaire has been completed and the remainder 50% payment has been made, you are all set for your project start date. We will then put together a creative direction presentation for your brand concept. This will set the foundation for your brand.

  • In the concept stage, we develop one carefully crafted brand concept that represents the strongest direction for your business. This single-concept approach allows us to focus on creating a cohesive and strategic identity rather than spreading ideas thin. Once you’ve reviewed the concept, you’ll have the opportunity to share your feedback and request any refinements using the included revision round to ensure the final result aligns perfectly with your vision.

  • In the refinement stage, we present the refined brand concept, incorporating your previous feedback to create a polished and cohesive direction for your brand. If you’re still not completely satisfied at this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to share additional feedback and request further refinements. Please note that any extra revisions beyond the two included rounds will incur an additional fee, as they require extra time and design development.

  • In this stage, once your final concept is approved, we move on to designing your brand assets. If you have used your included revisions, any extra revisions to the brand assets will incur an extra charge.

  • In the final stage, we deliver all your brand files, including logos, assets, brand guidelines, and any strategy documents included in your package. This ensures you have everything you need to confidently apply your new brand across all platforms and materials.
